If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product, we are happy to exchange that product with another to better suit your needs. All products returned within 7 days of purchase will receive credit towards another product or a gift card with the amount spent. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. Returns and exchanges are not offered for custom ordered hair extensions.
