We accept cash, checks and all forms of credit cards.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our goal is to provide an extraordinary experience in a fun and innovative beauty environment. If within 3 days of service(s) a Guest is unsatisfied, they may contact us for any adjustments that they require. While refunds are not offered on services, we take pride in our work and are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If an additional service is required to reach a desired look – and that service was not originally received – you will be charged full price for the service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your at-home hair care, and offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product, we are happy to exchange that product with another to better suit your needs. All products returned within 7 days of purchase will receive credit towards another product or a gift card with the amount spent. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. Returns and exchanges are not offered for custom ordered hair extensions.

CANCELLATIONS

Our Salon Company has implemented a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any reservation cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window will result in 50% of the service & time being charged to the guest’s. A no call or no show reservation will be charged 100% the services and time reserved.
